Xunantunich is a few miles from the western border of Belize. The largest pyramid, El Castillo, rises 130 feet above the main plaza and affords an impressive view of the Belize's Cayo District and nearby Guatemala. At the left center of this photo, Marty Guidry can be seen descending after his climb to the top of the structure.
